Building upon the successful top-out and weather-tight closure of the annex building, achieved over half a month ahead of schedule, the Lao Center has consistently maintained a focus on progress while upholding high-quality construction standards. Throughout the intense heat of July, the Engineering Department and the construction contractor implemented coordinated plans. This ensured the comprehensive advancement of the interior finishing works for the annex building, alongside the successful completion of concrete pours for critical structural elements such as the raft foundation in Main Building A's section. These concerted efforts are dedicated to ensuring the project's timely delivery.

I. Annex Building Progress

1. Main Structure:The main structure of the annex building has been capped, the roof and terrace ancillary structures have been poured, and the roof waterproofing has been completed.

2. Secondary Structure: 8-12FWall masonry and plastering of the 8-12F interior finishing area are 100% complete, with partial finishing work underway. Masonry and structural column casting of the annex terrace area are 100% complete, with plastering work commencing.

3. Water and electricity installation: 8F and 9F are all completed and have been handed over for fine decoration and ceiling sealing. The water and electricity installation on 10F, 11F and 12F is 80% complete.

4. Fine Decoration: 8F fine decoration plumbing and electrical installation, ceiling and wall base construction are 100% complete, and ceiling surface construction is 80% complete. 9F fine decoration plumbing and electrical installation, ceiling and wall base construction are 90% complete, and ceiling surface construction is 20% complete. 10F fine decoration plumbing and electrical installation, ceiling and wall base construction are 80% complete. 11F and 12F fine decoration plumbing and electrical installation, ceiling base construction, and floor leveling are 70% complete.

5. Others:The exterior plastering of the 8th to 12th floors of the annex building is 60% complete, the installation of the exterior window frames on the 8th floor is 100% complete, the door and window materials for the 9th floor have arrived, and the remaining door and window materials are being processed in the factory.

II. Main Building Progress

Raft slab pouring completed for Area A of the main building foundation pit.；

Basement formwork and wall column reinforcement are 80% complete.

The waterproofing and waterproofing protection layer of the B1 area are 100% complete, and the raft reinforcement is 30% complete

50% of the excavation work in Area C has been completed and the construction of the steel sheet pile concrete crown beam has begun.
