On February 25, 2025, Vientiane Vice Mayor Phouang Oun Khamsao led a delegation to inspect Qiancheng Group's Lao Center Project and convened a special meeting. After listening to the project report, the Vice Mayor highly recognized the construction achievements and explicitly committed to coordinating with relevant departments to fully support the main tower’s height approval process.

Vice Mayor Phouang emphasized that the Lao Center Project is a successful example of Vientiane's investment promotion and will significantly elevate the city's development upon completion. The municipal government will maintain close attention to the project's progress, promptly resolve construction challenges, and facilitate smooth project advancement.
