“December Project Progress Report”
I. Annex Building Progress
At present, the construction of the Lao Center annex building has achieved phased milestones: the annex has now been fully delivered for use. Qiancheng Group’s headquarters has successfully completed its relocation and is officially in operation. Functional spaces including the parking garage, intelligent equipment, kitchen and dining facilities, and office areas have been fully put into operation. Meanwhile, the project’s exhibition areas are being continuously upgraded. The 6th-floor marketing exhibition center, swimming pool area, facade lighting system and minor soft decoration works are progressing in an orderly manner as planned, with the refinement of detailed nodes progressing steadily.
As the project nears completion, the overall image and user experience of Lao Center are becoming increasingly clear. A comprehensive complex integrating office, commercial, residential, and urban image-building functions is taking shape step by step.
II. Main Building Progress
The main structure of Zone A has been constructed up to the 4th floor base slab. In Zone B, the reinforcement and formwork construction for the first-floor main structure is in progress. Waterproofing of the basement side walls of the main building has been completed. Approximately 45% of the Larsen steel sheet piles for the foundation pit have been removed, and about 40% of the backfilling of the foundation pit trench has been completed.
