The ceremony was conducted in a formal and dignified atmosphere, Mrs. Sounthone XAYYACHACK, Vice-President of the Lao National Assembly, accepted the sponsorship on behalf of the National Assembly. Mr. Gong Wen Zhong, Director and Executive Vice-President of Qiancheng Group, formally presented the donation. Mr. Bounchanh SIVONGPHANH, Chief of the National Assembly Secretariat, together with leaders from relevant government departments, attended the ceremony and witnessed the handover.

During the ceremony, Vice-President Sounthone XAYYACHACK presented Qiancheng Group with a Certificate of Commendation signed by the President of the Standing Committee of the Lao National Assembly in recognition of the Group’s contribution. She noted that Qiancheng Group had actively responded to the call to support national public initiatives, demonstrating a strong sense of corporate responsibility. She further commended the Group for its long-term commitment to localized development, its steadfast dedication to fulfilling its corporate mission, and its pragmatic approach to supporting Laos’ social and economic development, all of which received high recognition from the attending officials.
