XII.House purchase process: house selection, payment, green card application, house delivery, property certificate application

(I)One-time payment: Pay the remaining balance within 15 natural days after paying the deposit.

(II)Payment according to the progress of the project:The first payment is a down payment of 30% of the total house price. The second payment is a payment of 40% of the total house price when the main building structure is topped out. The third payment is a final payment of 30% of the total house price (the house price is settled) when the main building is completed and handed over. At that time, the owner will go to the site to complete the house handover ceremony.

(III)Mortgage payment: 1. A down payment of 30% of the total house price; 2. The remaining 70% of the total house price is repaid in monthly installments in the form of a mortgage loan. The annualized interest rate for a loan term of 1-3 years is 4.8%, and the annualized interest rate for a loan term of 4-6 years is 6%. The maximum loan term does not exceed 6 years.
