Milestone 4: Signing of Concession Agreement with Vientiane Government

On March 20, 2024, Qiancheng Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. and Lao Mahasub Development Sole Co., Ltd. signed the Concession Cooperation Agreement for the Ministry of Public Security Land Parcel with the Vientiane City Government (represented by the Planning and Investment Department), marking the official approval of the Lao Center Project. The three parties will collaborate to develop the 4,160 m² land parcel of the Logistics Bureau, achieving mutual benefits for the government, enterprises, and the public.
