Milestone 3: Signing of Cooperation Agreement with Lao Mahasa Company

On March 12, 2024, Qiancheng Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. signed a Cooperation Agreement on the Joint Development of the Land Parcel of the Logistics Bureau of the Lao Ministry of Public Security with Lao Mahasub Development Sole Co., Ltd. Both parties decided to jointly establish a joint venture company (Qiancheng One Co., Ltd.) to invest in and develop the said land parcel (the Lao Center Project).
