After listening to the project progress report, Brigadier General An Win Anonnoon fully endorsed the "safe construction + refined management" model. He emphasized that the Laos Center project must continue to adhere to the "three highs" principle of "high-standard planning, high-quality construction, and high-efficiency implementation," fully utilizing information management and intelligent security measures to ensure that construction schedules, safety, and quality are met simultaneously, and that it will soon become a new landmark in Vientiane.
