Construction heats up in the summer heat! Qiancheng Group's Lao Center project builders are working tirelessly to advance construction. June saw numerous highlights, with the Annex achieving significant breakthroughs and the main building's foundation construction progressing steadily. Details are as follows:： 

Annex: Main Structure Tops Out! Renovation Begins  

✅Main Structure: The Annex's main structure has been fully topped out.

 ✅SecondaryStructure： 

- 8F、9F:Wall construction and plastering completed, ready for final decoration

- 10F: Wall construction 30% complete

- 11F：Wall construction 100%, plastering started

- 12F：Wall construction70%complete

✅Fine Decoration

- 8F: Plumbing, electrical work, ceiling, and wall base 90% complete, ceiling finish 30% complete

- 9FBase layer 60% completed, surface layer 5% completed 

 ✅Other Progress:

- Door and window profiles have arrived at the factory for processing;  

- Elevator production is complete and expected to arrive on site in mid-July!  

Main Building Construction: Foundation construction is accelerating.  

✅ Sub-base and brick membrane are 100% complete.  

✅ Waterproofing and protective layer construction is 80% complete.  

✅ Raft slab reinforcement processing is 50% complete, laying the foundation for raft slab pouring.

The project team will continue to optimize construction methodologies, strictly control quality and safety benchmarks, and ensure the high-efficiency advancement of the project.
