On this land brimming with hope, each building resembles a meticulously crafted artwork, gradually revealing its contours with methodical precision. As time passes into the early days of May, the annex building, the first "protagonist" to take center stage, celebrated a historic milestone with the topping-out of its main structure. This moment transcends a mere vertical achievement; it signifies a crucial step towards the project's maturity and perfection. Following the topping-out, the annex building quietly embarked on a new chapter of secondary structure construction and decoration, akin to a dancer preparing for a grand performance in resplendent attire.

After the annex building's topping-out, I continued to closely monitor the project's construction progress. Recently, I visited the project site once again and observed that the construction was advancing rapidly. The secondary structure masonry, plastering, and fire protection, water, and electricity works in the annex building were all proceeding in an orderly manner. I also witnessed Qiancheng Group's meticulous selection of materials, their unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, and their stringent control over project milestones. It is precisely these high standards and rigorous requirements that have laid a solid foundation for constructing a premium-quality building, further bolstering my confidence in this project. I firmly believe that the Lao Center Project will undoubtedly emerge as a benchmark project leading the real estate industry in Laos.

As the final batch of concrete was poured, marking the celebratory topping-out of the main structure, the hustle and bustle of secondary structure construction and decoration swiftly took center stage. Workers bustled about between floors, with the secondary structure masonry and plastering works progressing fervently, layer by layer, until the eighth floor was meticulously adorned. Meanwhile, the lifeline of fire safety quietly extended, with fire protection facilities being installed above the ninth floor, enveloping the building in a robust protective shield. The pre-embedding and installation of water and electricity systems were also in full swing, silently supporting the building's daily operations like the veins of a city.

The entry of the fine decoration team added a unique touch to the annex building. Equipped with measuring tools, they meticulously outlined the contours of every inch of space, preparing for the upcoming decoration works with utmost care. The door and window profiles, seemingly cold materials, were imbued with life in the hands of the workers. After coming off the production line and traveling a long distance, they were slowly making their way to this land of hope, awaiting installation in their designated positions.

In Area A of the main building, a land poised to nurture countless possibilities, had completed its initial transformation. Earthwork operations, pile head removal, and cushion concrete pouring, these seemingly mundane yet crucial steps, laid a solid foundation for the main building. Now, with the commencement of raft brick formwork construction, the main building seemed to be slowly awakening, preparing to embrace its moment of glory.

Here, every inch of land bears witness to the workers' diligent sweat, and every brick and stone carries the beautiful aspirations for the future. The project team, a collective composed of countless passionate hearts, is writing a legend of this era with their wisdom and courage.
