The construction was undertaken by the renowned Yunnan Construction Investment Third Construction Company, adhering to national standards. Moving in, you don't have to worry about safety or craftsmanship. From the outset, this house was imbued with high-quality DNA.
Speaking of material selection and craftsmanship, Qiancheng Group truly puts a lot of thought into the project. All the main materials are top-tier brands, including the curtain wall glass, premium hardware, concealed plumbing, and the pool water purification system. The construction requirements are extremely stringent, and the winning bidder must pass numerous assessments, with each process undergoing multiple inspections. I heard that the piping work must have a tolerance of less than 1.5mm, the curtain wall installation underwent three wind tunnel tests, and the pool system has seven water purification processes. They spent over 2,000 extra man-hours on areas we can't see. This makes me feel like I'm living in more than just a house, but a meticulously crafted work of art. Take the bathroom, for example: even the bathroom floor drain required a dedicated meeting to finalize. This kind of company, with its attention to detail, makes us feel safe and comfortable living here.
The annex building has now topped out, and the model suite will open in October. I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to personally experience the aesthetics of this masterfully designed space and touch the exquisite details. Imagine the building's facade gleaming in the sun, the exquisite finishes of the interior, the shimmering sky pool, and the breathtaking landscaped gardens. It feels like those beautiful promises are gradually becoming reality.
