On May 11, 2025, at the construction site of the Laos Center project's annex building, colorful flags fluttered in the wind, the sound of cannon salutes shook the hearts, and aroused excitement. At that moment, the final cubic meter of concrete was steadily poured. This building, a manifestation of Qiancheng Group's ingenuity and bearing the boundless anticipation of the Lao people, topped out 19 days ahead of schedule! From the initial outlines on the blueprint to the towering structure before our eyes; from the driving of the first foundation pile to its current soaring height, only those of us involved in its construction understand the hardships along the way. This is more than just the rise of a single building; it embodies the wisdom and hard work of countless people.

Craftsmanship builds dreams: scientific organization creates excellent quality
Faced with the complex construction environment and strict time constraints, Qiancheng Group has always adhered to the core concept of "scientific management and efficient collaboration" to ensure that every step is in order.
Take the technical aspects, from piling to main structure construction, every step required repeated review by a team of experts. I remember one time, over a single minor detail in the pile foundation construction, the experts spent hours on-site debating, arguing fiercely to ensure that construction could proceed with "zero errors." That's when I knew this project was going to be a big deal.
Qiancheng Group leverages high-quality resources. Many of the construction materials we use are carefully sourced from various locations. Furthermore, their scientific management platform orchestrates personnel, materials, and machinery efficiently and effectively. Once, a minor issue with material transportation threatened to delay construction. The group immediately replanned and rescheduled the project, not only preventing any delays but also achieving a more efficient and effective schedule. I was completely impressed by this platform.
The construction team was working tirelessly. I remember one time, due to a shortage of concrete, the team had to work in two shifts, with managers on-site around the clock to supervise. I often worked the night shift myself, and at night, the construction site was brightly lit, the roar of machinery resonating even louder. My colleagues were all in high spirits, each one with a burning desire to see the building through to completion. We were like a race against time, all while maintaining a tight control over quality, never slacking off for a moment.
Fearless perseverance: sweat pouring into building a new city landmark
The Laotian sun is incredibly scorching, with temperatures soaring to 42°C. Sweat dries within seconds of hitting the ground, and walking through the construction site feels like the ground beneath your feet is melting your shoes. Yet, despite these intense temperatures, none of our Qiancheng brothers backed down.
Bent under the scorching sun, rebar workers lashed steel bars one by one, sweat pouring down their foreheads and backs. Their clothes, soaked with sweat, clung to their bodies. A friend of mine, a rebar worker, had callouses and wounds on his hands from constant contact with the rebar, yet he never complained of fatigue. Masons, perched high on the scaffolding, laid each brick with meticulous precision, their eyes fixed with intense focus, as if the entire world was just this wall before them. Amid the roar of machinery, I gazed upon their resolute faces, filled with admiration.
The project manager led by example, taking the lead on-site daily. At one point, he barely slept for days, constantly coordinating various issues. The technical team members often sat together late into the night, poring over blueprints and racking their brains to optimize solutions. Safety officers patrolled the construction site daily, easily clocking in over ten thousand steps. Once, a safety officer discovered a minor safety hazard and immediately halted work to rectify the situation. Everyone thought he was overreacting, but he sternly said, "Even the smallest hazard can lead to a major disaster. We must ensure everyone's safety." At that moment, I understood his persistence.
Our dedication isn't just about showcasing "China Speed," but more importantly, about keeping our promise to the Lao people. We know how much this building means to them; it represents their hope for a better future. Therefore, no matter how hard or tiring it is, we are willing to work on it.
A sincere work: Qiancheng Group helps a better life
The Laos Center project is more than just a city landmark; it's a "space for experiencing" the promise of a better future. The annex building has topped out ahead of schedule, marking another shining milestone for Qiancheng Group in the Laos market.
From material selection to construction, every step follows international standards. Take the smart building system we've installed, for example. In the future, Laotians living here will be able to turn on their lights and air conditioning in advance with just a tap on their phones. How convenient! And the green, energy-saving designs are both environmentally friendly and save everyone money. Sometimes I think, once this project is completed, the people living here will be incredibly happy.

The project will also bring numerous benefits upon completion. It will create hundreds of jobs, enabling many Laotians to find work and earn money to support their families. It will also introduce a wide variety of commercial, cultural, and leisure businesses, including full-time restaurants, specialty restaurants, high-end clubs, beauty salons, and car washes. This area will undoubtedly be bustling with activity, and everyone's lives will become even more convenient. Qiancheng Group intends to use this building to express our sincerity to the Laotian people and, through this tangible, high-quality project, build a solid bridge of friendship between China and Laos.

Every brick and tile bears the mark of our craftsmanship, carved by our own hands; every inch of the building's height reflects our unwavering conviction. The successful topping-out of the Laos Center project's annex is a vivid manifestation of Qiancheng Group's spirit of "pursuing excellence and daring to be the first." It is also a sincere tribute from all of us builders to the Lao people. In the future, we at Qiancheng will undoubtedly continue to wield the brush of quality and the ink of responsibility to write more awe-inspiring urban legends on the land of Laos!
