I. Annex Building Progress
1. Main Structure: The roof sealing (topping out) of the annex building was completed on May 11th.
2. Secondary Structure: The secondary structure work for Floors 8-12 of the annex has been fully completed and handed over to the interior finishing unit.
3. Façade: Exterior wall plastering is 70% complete, exterior wall skim coating is 30% complete, samples for the exterior wall paint have been finalized, installation of windows, doors, and railings is 50% complete.
4. Mechanical and electrical installation: The air conditioning installation in the annex building 8-12F is 100% complete, the hidden water and electricity works are 100% complete, and the rainwater and sewage pipe installation is 100% complete; all elevators have arrived on site, and the track installation is 30% complete.
5. Interior decoration: 90% of lightweight partition walls and concealed construction are completed, 70% of suspended ceiling panels are completed, 50% of wall and ceiling putty construction is completed, and 40% of wall and floor tile paving is completed.
II. Main Building Progress
The pouring of basement walls and columns in Area A of the Main Building is 100% complete. Formwork and wall and column reinforcement in Area B are 100% complete. Earthwork for the ground floor of Area C is complete, and construction of soil nail walls, anchor rods, and anchor cables is 90% complete.
