「 October Construction Progress Update」

I. Annex Building Progress

1. Main Structure & Secondary Works: The main structure of the annex building was fully completed in May, and the secondary structural work has now been 100% finished.

2. Garage Finishing: The garage floor pouring has been 100% completed, the carborundum grinding has been 100% finished, and the painting of walls and ceilings is 90% completed.

3. Facade Works: The external wall plastering of the annex building has been 100% complete; the external wall painting is 60% finished; the installation of door and window frames, railing columns, and aluminum plate keels has reached 95% completion; and the installation of external window glass is 90% completed.

4. Mechanical & Electrical Installation: The installation of concealed water and electricity works as well as rainwater and sewage pipelines has been 100% completed;the air conditioning commissioning for Floors 8-12 of the annex building has been finished; the elevators have been fully commissioned and put into use, the installation of lighting fixtures on Floors 8-12 is 100% completed; and the overall installation of cable trays on Floors 1-5 has been 100% finished.

5. Interior Finishing: The construction of light-weight partition walls and concealed works has been 100% completed; the ceiling cladding is 100% finished; the putty application for walls and ceilings has reached 95% completion; the overall tiling of wall and floor tiles is 95% completed; the installation of wood veneers and woodwork is 80% finished; hard finishing, detailed touch-ups and cleaning works are being carried out floor by floor; soft furnishings have been delivered to the site, with 60% of the carpet laying completed, and the overall installation of cabinets, office desks and chairs, curtains, bedroom linens and other items is 40% finished.

II. Main Tower Progress

Main Tower: The pouring of the fourth-floor base slab for the main structure of Zone A has been completed; for Zone B, the erection of internal scaffolding and formwork for the first floor of the main structure is finished, with formwork construction in progress; for Zone C, the construction of the foundation bed course and waterproofing works has been 100% completed, and the steel bar binding for the raft slab has reached 30% completion.
