I. Annex Building Progress
1. Main Structure & Secondary Works: The main structure of the annex building was fully completed in May. Secondary structural work is currently 95% complete.
2. Garage Finishing: Garage floor slab pouring is 80% complete. Paint application on walls and ceilings is finished.
3. Facade: Exterior wall plastering is 100% complete. Application of exterior wall putty is 90% complete. Installation of window frames, railing posts, and aluminum panel framing is 95% complete. Installation of exterior window glass is 30% complete.
4. MEP Installation: HVAC installation for Floors 8-12 in the annex is 100% complete. Concealed electrical and plumbing works are 100% complete. Rainwater and sewage pipe installation is 100% complete. Elevator installation is complete. Lighting fixture installation for Floors 8-12 is 80% complete. Cable tray installation for Floors 1-5 is 80% complete overall. Rainwater and sewage pipe installation for Floors 1-12 is complete.
5. Interior Finishing: Lightweight partition walls and concealed works are 100% complete. Ceiling drywall installation is 100% complete. Wall and ceiling putty application is 80% complete. Wall and floor tiling is 80% complete overall. Installation of wood veneer and millwork is 30% complete.
II. Main Building Progress
The main structure of the first basement floor in Area A of the main building has been cast, the top slab of the basement in Area B1 has been cast, the internal frame and formwork of the basement in Area B2 have been erected, the construction of the soil nail walls, anchor rods and anchor cables in Area C has been completed 100%, and the excavation of the bottom soil and the breaking of the pile heads have been completed 30%.
