“January Project Progress Report”
I. Annex Building Progress
All construction and decoration works of the annex building have been fully completed. Specifically, the facade decoration project of the annex has been finished, endowing the entire annex building with a brand-new look and a distinctive style. The decoration and installation works of the parking garage have also been fully completed. The interior of the garage features a well-organized layout and fully equipped facilities, able to fully meet all parking and usage requirements. The office area has been completed with high-standard fine interior decoration, with a design style that is simple yet grand, creating a comfortable and efficient working environment for employees. The residential area has likewise been fully completed with high-standard fine decoration. The rooms are decorated in a warm and comfortable style, and all daily living facilities are fully equipped, enabling employees to enjoy a comfortable living experience. The construction of the kitchen and dining facilities has also been successfully completed. The kitchen is equipped with advanced appliances, and the dining area is spacious and bright, able to provide high-quality catering services for employees and related personnel. With the completion of these works, the group has successfully completed its relocation to the annex building.
II. Main Building Progress
Construction of the main building of the project is moving forward in an orderly manner.. At present, the main structure construction of Zone A has been constructed up to the 5th-floor base slab. The construction team is steadily carrying out the construction of each floor in accordance with the predetermined construction plan and technical standards, ensuring the quality and stability of the main structure. In Zone B, the main structure construction has been constructed up to the 3rd-floor base slab, and is also progressing in a well-organized manner. Meanwhile, the waterproofing of the basement side walls of the main building has been fully completed, effectively preventing the infiltration of groundwater and ensuring the dryness and safety of the basement. Backfilling of the foundation pit has also been successfully completed, with proper filling and compaction work conducted, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction work. In addition, approximately 80% of the Larsen steel sheet piles for the foundation pit have been removed. Construction personnel are carrying out the removal work in a scientific and standardized process so as to ensure both construction safety and project schedule.
