Main Tower Continues to Rise

Structural Works Advance to Level 10

As a super high-rise development with an approximately height of 155 meters and 46 above-ground floors, the Main Tower is steadily transforming from blueprint into reality. This month, significant progress has been achieved in the structural construction of the Main Tower. As for now, construction has successfully advanced to the level 10 slab, marking another important milestone in the project's development.

Since commencement, the Main Tower has successfully completed major foundation works, including earthworks, pile breaking, and blinding concrete pouring, all executed in accordance with high-quality construction standards.The structural construction phase has now entered a stable upward progression stage, with on-site works advancing according to schedule. Moving forward, the project is expected to maintain a construction cycle of approximately one floor every 8 to 12 days as the Main Tower continues its ascent.

From architectural planning to physical realization, Qiancheng Group has consistently upheld the principles of craftsmanship excellence and rigorous project management.

Strategically located in the heart of Vientiane's Central Business District (CBD), Lao Center is envisioned as a landmark mixed-use development integrating premium retail, international Grade-A standard office space, a five-star hotel, and executive luxury residences.

With a planned height of approximately 155 meters, the project is expected to become a prominent landmark within Vientiane’s urban skyline.
