On July 14, 2026, Qiancheng Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Public Security of Laos, represented by its General Logistics Department, held a signing ceremony in Vientiane and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the land concession project of the General Logistics Department's three-storey office building. Brigadier General Oudom SISONGKHAM, Director General of the General Logistics Department, and Mr. Gong Wenzhong, Director and Executive Vice President of Qiancheng Group, attended and witnessed the signing.

Since construction of Phase I commenced, Qiancheng Group has remained committed to creating a new landmark for Vientiane. The annex building was completed and put into operation at the end of 2025, while construction of the 155-metre main tower is progressing according to schedule. Following the successful signing for the Phase II site, the project will further enhance its commercial and office facilities, unlock greater business potential, and inject sustained momentum into the city's development.
